Oh no! Damaged Product, or not what you ordered
If you (the Buyer) determine that products shipped to you are defective or not what you ordered, please take a photo and advise hi Sweet of this within seven (7) days of receipt by email or phone. We will normally issue you a return authorisation number and instructions on where to return the product. If you are local in Perth we do have a showroom or we can if in your area collect it, Afterpay is also available in the showroom. Please note that all products should be returned in their original packaging. Hi Sweet dose reserves the right to either replace defective product or provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of any defective product.

We take your word that you are fully qualified before applying any eyelash service, we care about you and your clients so we advise you do a patch test prior to application of any glues. We provide MSDS for your knowledge. We urge you to follow the storage of all Hi Sweet Liquids HS range .
We do not take responsibility for any injury to your clients caused by your application or in correct handling of any of our products.
You, as the Buyer, acknowledge that
(a) Exposure of products sold by Hi Sweet to temperature extremes may cause changes in the products and that such changes may make the products unsuitable for use; and
(b) Use of products sold by Hi Sweet must be used with great care by a trained technician to prevent an accidental injury, especially when performing work near an individual’s eye.

• Australia: $12.50 with tracking. Free shipping for orders over $150
• (1 – 3 business days).
• New Zealand: AUD $35 with tracking Free shipping for orders over AUD$200. (5 – 10 business days).
Same Day Dispatch – if orders and payments are received before 12 noon Perth WA time, Monday to Friday excluding WA public holidays).

How do I place an Order?
All orders can be made via our online store directly alternatively we can email an Online Invoice to you directly via our accounting system with Payment by Credit Card, EFT and Cash all available. Online Invoices can be paid safely and securely online using encrypted secure payment gateway of PayPal. Customers can use any Credit Card or Afterpay. Please contact us if you wished to have items invoiced online.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you don’t… New Customers can easily checkout online as a ‘Guest’ without the need to create a User Account. If you would like to be able to view past orders, download documents or manuals we suggest creating an account during the Checkout process.

How can I cancel or change my order?
Please bear in mind that we do not provide refunds for a ‘Change of Mind’. In this instance a credit Coupon or Voucher Code will normally be issued that can then be redeemed for future use with online purchases via our website. For changes & additions to existing orders, please call or email us and we will be more than happy to assist.
